Adventure Challenge Week 3
After much number crunching we are excited to announce the results of the third week’s Adventure Skills Challenge (Viewpoints and Bearings). Congratulations to the winners:
TEAM CORKY
This was by far the tightest competition so far. The top 5 teams had an average error on their bearings between 1 degree and 2 degrees, which is extraordinarily accurate! And most of the rest of the teams were not far behind. Congratulations to everyone who did such a great job on this task, and we hope you enjoyed some nice viewpoints as you carried them out. Team Corky were smart enough to average the readings from all their members, which in this tight race was probably the thing which made the difference.
Here is a video summary of this week’s competition:
Below is the scoring table for this challenge and the overall standings after this third round. It’s still a tight race at the top!
Once again we have lots of fabulous prizes for this week’s winners. Prizes will be awarded at two upcoming Community Events (Scotfest and Golden Spike Days) or by arrangement afterwards.
This week’s prizes are: (a big thank you to this week’s sponsors)
